COMMON SIDE EFFECTS OF SEA MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS

What to look for:

Looser stools (do you need any help with constipation?  If so, a tablespoon might break things loose)

A queasy stomach for the first few days you take the sea minerals, as your body adjusts.

A time of detoxification during the first month, as the body starts eliminating things that don’t need to be there.

If you experience diarrhea or an upset stomach, dilute the product more, take with a meal, and if necessary, decrease the amount you are taking.  Mineral Max & Liver Cleanse are more prone to loose bowels, Immune Max is the least prone to loose bowels.

 Also, see if you notice any of the following:

Increased energy

Improved digestion

Skin conditions clearing up

Stronger, firmer finger nails

Improved focus and mental clarity

CAUTION:

Sea Minerals contain all the natural minerals, including a slight trace of iodine.  If you are allergic to any mineral, please proceed with caution. 
The normal adult dose is 1 tsp. (80 drops).  Try starting with a few drops, and work up from there, monitoring to see if there is a reaction.  Most people should experience no reaction at such a low beginning dose.
