Mission Statement
To bring healing to the environment and an increase in the amount of highly nutritious, beneficial foods produced for man and animal – by providing products, consultation and education which assist growers in restoring health to their soils, and in producing nutrient dense, healthy crops and livestock that have a high resistance to predatory insects and disease.
Company Goals
1. That other companies use our products as ingredients in manufacturing their products.
2. That other companies add our products to their product line, and successfully market our products.
3. As needed, to share with companies we work our philosophy in restoring health to soils, and in growing healthy, nutrient dense, nutritionally balanced plants and animals.
4. To train our dealers in soil and plant nutrition, and give them the tools to help their customers raise nutrient dense, nutritionally balanced, robust plants and animals. We will be loyal to our dealers, and not sell directly to their customers, or sell in their assigned area.
5. Help our employees to feel loved, appreciated and valued. Employee input will be highly valued and encouraged. In caring for our employees, we will be sensitive to their problems and needs, and do what we can to help.
6. We will seek to influence those in our sphere of influence to embrace Kingdom values (to obey the teachings of Christ), and through this to do our part in discipling nations.
7. We will people before money. We will “do unto others as we would have them do unto us”.
8. We will give honor to those we come in contact with. We want others to be blessed through their interactions with our company. We will not talk negatively of other companies or their products, but only bless.
9. We will give those who help us their just reward. We do not want a free ride at the expense of others.
10. We will seek to live out and aggressively train our employees in Kingdom principles. We will embrace and embody Lance Wallnau’s 8 principles. (Marketplace Invasion, CD 2)
a. Treat others with uncompromising truth. People hate political manipulation.
b. Lavish trust on your associates. Give them lots of empowerment to do what’s on their heart. We want contributors, not wage earners.
c. Mentor unselfishly – Give anyone anywhere the benefit of my skill, knowledge or dignity.
d. Be receptive to new ideas, regardless of their origin (president or janitor).
e. Take personal risks for the organization’s sake. Go out on a limb, beyond my comfort zone. (The opposite idea – don’t excel too much, you’ll be knocked off.)
f. Give credit where credit is due. (Some people take credit for other’s ideas and don’t acknowledge the source of the idea.)
g. Do not touch dishonest money. People would rather have money made honestly rather than be telling a lie, deceiving, or through manipulation (selling a product that doesn’t do what it claims).
h. Put the interests of others before your own.
